My customers regularly ask me what is the best phone on the market. That is a very difficult question to answer. People have differing expectations so my approach to this is to ask more questions;
What phone are you currently using? You may be happy with that brand/model, so I would suggest something similar.
What is your budget? It would be too easy to recommend the most expensive phone, but that is not what’s best for the customer. I try to give them the best featured phone to suit their wallet.
What do you use your phone for? This determines what functions you need on your phone. It is pointless selling you a phone which has ‘all the bells and whistles’ when all you do is make a few occasional calls and a more basic phone would suit.
There is no ‘best’ phone brand. Many people assume Nokia are the best, but even they have problems with their phones. Every brand has a ‘problem child’ where one particular model in their range will be prone to problems. The one thing I can recommend is to buy the better known brands and be wary of the more obscure phones. The well known brands have more accessories available and can be more easily repaired.
I recommend you to ask questions, as that is the only way to find the phone that suits you.
